A Church That Truly Cares About The Community

Our mission

We are a body of Christ-like believers who are imperfect and flawed, trying to find righteousness in the blood of Jesus Christ. We care about the community, and we will always be here to help those in need.

Our vision

To make disciples of men & women. In order for this body of Christian believers to succeed in this venture, we must empower ourselves with knowledge and wisdom of God's living word.

What We Believe

We believe in God the Father Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth.

We believe Jesus Christ is His Only Son and our Lord and Savior.

We believe He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian Church, and the communion of saints.

Why should you visit?

When you go to church, you should not have to pretend to be something that you are not. You should not have to dress in a way that does not reflect your true personality. Neither should you have to endure a church format that leaves you wondering why you even came. At McIntosh Chapel, we have prayed and have been given a new and innovative worship experience that will allow you to commune with God in His holy place while enjoying all of the comforts that make you who you are. We understand this may not be for everyone, but it is our prayer that you will enjoy the worship experience. And when you come back, bring a friend. Remember you are blessed, so act like it!!!

Your servant in Christ,

Pastor Tony (Mac) McGuire, II

Our charity work

We are a church that loves and cares about the community. This is a statement we here at McIntosh do not take lightly. In the coming months we will be partnering with many of the charities in the D/FW metroplex to bring much needed outreach ministries to the neighborhoods around the church and in our great city.

Genesis 7:17-24

I Never Thought It Would Come To This

The opening message of a new series. Using the story of Noah and the flood, Pastor McGuire reminds us that the storms God allows are never faced alone.

Message notes

Pastor McGuire opens a new series with the story of Noah and the flood (Genesis 7:17-24). He draws a sharp line between hope - confidence in what God will do in the future - and faith, which is trusting God at His word right now. Two anchoring truths carry the message: sometimes God's grace has to save us from God's own judgment, and the storm itself reveals strength and gifts we never knew we had. The closing call is simple - stay in the boat. Even when church and life get uncomfortable, don't jump overboard, because God is with you through the flood.

In this message

  • New series introduced: "I Never Thought It Would Come To This"
  • Scripture: Genesis 7:17-24 - the Flood
  • Hope vs. Faith: hope is for the future, faith is trust right now
  • Point 1: Sometimes God's grace saves us from God's own storm
  • Point 2: The storm reveals gifts and strength you didn't know you had
  • Stay in the boat - don't abandon the church when it gets hard
